Cottondale High School

I am a alumni and the school and staff were great. They met and went beyond all standards to give us the best.

I am a parent of children that attend CHS, There are no honor classes offered at CHS, When I contacted the school board regarding this, I was informed they don't have to. As far as I know, all the other high schools in Jackson County offer honor classes for their students. Certain students are shown favortism by the faculty while other students are punished for the same things these certain students get away with. CHS could use a lot of improvement.

Cottondale High School Has done wonders on my child. For the first time since the first quarter of 6th grade (Bellevue Wa.) he passed all his classses and has improcved on his test scores. The teachers and leadership at CHS are just fantastic.

I'm not a parent but I am a member of CHS and have been since 2002. Cottondale High has changed dramatically since I began 5 years ago. Our school inside the courtyard looks horrible! Even the students are becoming horrible. There is an exception to certain students who are taking the opportunity to come to school and learn. Others are ruining our school.

I am not a parent, but I do attend Cottondale High School. The school overall is mediocre. Cottondale High lacks the top level of learning quality, but the makes up for it by its parental involvement and top quality expectations of the students regardless of their race, sex, religion, or background.

I saw the school report about this school. From what i saw... The students did get into trouble, but the school does not put up with it.
