What a blessing this small school has been for us! We were frustrated with the public school system and the teachers who are there just to collect a paycheck. Caring teachers, small classes, spacious classrooms, challenging curriculum, Biblical worldview, I can't say enough good things about it. I just wish it went through H.S.

Amazing school with incredible, and loving teachers and an outstanding new Principal. Public schools in Florida take the FCAT tests comparing themselves only to Florida schools, which rank among the lowest in the country. Destin Christian Academy uses the SAT test each year and in 2008 tested in the top 10% of the entire nation

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
