My son's teachers go to extra lengths to ensure their students are getting the maximum out of their education. It's not just one teacher, it's the entire teaching staff. From the leaders to the staff, they demonstrate true leadership and caring for the students. This is amazing because these great and important qualities are no longer demonstrated in school. I love the culture at MBCA, and pray for their continued success together with the students. The key to their success is communication, discipline, caring and respect for all. MBCA is an excellent institution, and I'm proud to be part of their growth and development.
Extremely effective teachers, across the board. There's an open line of communication. They are respectful of parents' suggestions, opinions, comments and efforts to cooperate with the leaders while ensuring the best for their children.
They follow the Abeka program, which is an excellent program. Homework can be excessive at times, but it is balanced out. As a result of great communication with parents, homework is manageable, and the leaders' continued efforts to provide a well rounded education through outstanding research shared with the parents is impressive.
Students are expected to behave a certain way across the board, and they are made aware of and given the responsibility to carry out the behavior that is expected of them. They discipline the children accordingly and by the bible.
No students or parents are made to feel inferior. Everyone is treated with respect. The leadership is a shared experience. The students are acknowledged for hard work and great outcomes, and also for doing their best. Not only are the students recognized as a whole, but as well individually by their teachers. It build confidence and their character as well. The institution's culture encourages and motivates its students and parents, and that's a great feeling.
The discipline and expectation from all, whether leaders, teachers, staff, students or parents are well leveraged across the board. The school involves the parents in everything and the voice of the parents matter.
