My Children have been going to this school since kindergarten, one in 3rd and one in 7th. They love Calvary so much. They dont want to go to any other school. The teaching about our Savior is the best. My children love the Lord and learning about about him.

My son just started attending CCA this school year. Our experience has been outstanding. Our Pre-K teacher is without a doubt the type of teacher that any parent would want for their child. We feel very blessed with this school and our son' s teacher.

Calvary, Where do you start? Top notch academics, Teachers whom truly love your child, children that are growing in GODS word. A growing and prosperous athletic program. With out a doubt the place to have your child become a Godly man or women. Bye the way they want the parents to be involved, what a novelty. This school is well worth the wait and red tape to get in.

I have a son in the Varying Exceptionalities program and I have found the staff, both administration and teachers (and teacher's aide) to be excellent. They have been very understanding of his disabilities (deaf and autistic)and the problems that arise and have provided not only a loving and godly atmosphere but also an environment where he loves to learn. I must say that on the whole, the student body has also been very supportive. Students have even come up to say 'hi' to him in a department store. To know that he is not only loved by those who are in authority but by his peers is a wonderful feeling.

L-O-V-E this school! A LOT of red tape in the beginning, but definitely worth the effort. Loving and competent teachers, excellent academic curriculum, great extra-curricular activities, all the electives you could want, parental involvement encouraged. And most importantly, solid, consistent biblical education involving the whole child. Oh, and did I mention the very reasonable tuition? A true blessing.

Excellent academics, excellent music, sports, and Spanish. Beware though, if you don't live your life 'according to CCA', if you have an opinion that can't be quoted from The Bible, you will be shunned, not by all, by definitely by most.

Both my children have gone to CCA since pre school. All kids are encouraged to do their personal best as well as be love, kind, diligent and knowlegeable about Jesus. The teachers are highly skilled, personable and very organized. CCA loves to have parents involvement. The principals is kind and knows each child by name. There are 3 principals and all of them are great example of a leaders! My children are at least one year ahead of their public school friends. CCA encouragement them to be the best which helps build thier confidence for their future careers.

Calvary Christian Academy offers a great christian education as well as great extracurricular sports and activities. Calvary is able to offer some of the best in teaching extras and aides. They keep a child focus upward. while teahcing them inward.

Great Solid Christian theological values! As the name implies, this school starts with Christ as the center, and builds a solid educational foundation out from there. This may be a somewhat new school, but the foundation is 2000 years strong and they seem to be always working toward excellence for our children. Calvary Christian Academy encourages active parental involvement both inside and outside the school walls. We cannot put a price on the value of the partnership of this school with our family. God willing plan to continue providing our children with this caliber of Christian Education through CCA Ft. Lauderdale. We pray Gods blessings on the staff and all who are actively involved both physically and financially. Oct. 2004

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
