Okay, So i haven't been at this school a long time. I was a freshman, then I had to move in like December but I loved it. The classes could be some more challenging for the students. This is a great school, made many friends that include teachers. Mrs.Weeks is the awesome as well as Mr.C(Mr.Cook), I loved his class and not because it was a cooking class. This is a great school and it's a place that one day my children will attend.

The education I received at this school was lacking. I graduated with honers but when I began college I quickly realized how little I really learned. The professors expected my classmates and I to know certain things and it seemed that most of the other students learned the things that the professor expected in high school.

This is no where near the best school! They have very poor faculty.

I'm a rising senior at Baker County High School, and BCHS is definetly a one-of-a kind place to be. There are some phenomenal teachers and staff here, who want nothing more than to see students make something out of themselves. There are some great ways to get involved here, and activities range from FCA to the golf team. The only flaws BCHS would have (which are none of the staff's fault) are the recent budget cuts, and the number of students that engage in high-risk activities.

I am currently a Junior at BCHS. I love this school. I can't imagine going anywhre else! The teachers are pretty awesome, and really help you. I am in the band, and Ms. Sams is the best ever! Everyone loves her. Go Wildcats!

I graduated from BCHS and I loved it. The teachers were great and know what their doing. The coaches there are amazing and work hard with the students and are very involved with the students education. Education is their number one priority. They want everyone to succeed and will do everything in their power to make it happen. The only problem is the school is getting over crowded and I think that it's finally time to rebuild a bigger and better school. I believe that if the community would work together that building a better school would not only bring everyone together but also be a better place for the staff and students.

The teachers are excellent and full of enthusiasm about teaching. Students that attend Baker County High School seem very nice and full of energy. I enjoy being at BCHS. The problem the school has is the amount of kids and so little room. With a growing county and growing amount of kids, it is very crowded.

If the students want to succeed, everything is at their foot steps! I plan on teaching at Baker County one day because the teachers their impact lives daily!

Baker County offers a wide variety of courses, including several vocational programs that enable students to fast track on their career choices in nursing, automotive and food service. In addition students can get a jump on their collegiate studies through the dual enrollment program with Lake CIty COmmunity COllege. There are a few problems with the school however. Because the population of the county is so small preference is shown toward students whose parents are either long time employees or who have lived in the county for generations. Unfortunately that special treatment applies across the spectrum from academics to athletics.
