My daughter graduated from this school. The negative comments posted are absolutely false. The education she received has allowed her to acquire scholarships and with their dual enrollment program she was able to graduate with college credit .. I have never witnessed any favoritism . Obviously this is just a parent who did not get their way .

Im a graduate from edison private school. Class of 08!! Lets hear it!! Lol woot woot, my years at edison were the best years of my life! I was known by my name by who I was I wasnt just another student with an id number. When I needed help teachers will always find sometime to help me and others as well, all of the teachers are certified for all those fake accusations.. (someone must of been having a bad day to post such lies!!) edison is like my second family, they offer all type of extra curricular activities like with the sports which is a BIG thumbs up with me :) lol they got basketball (boy & girls), volleyball (boys & girls), football, baseball, dance , cheerleading (yes cheerleading is a sport lol ) .... Edison offers students to have the dual enrollment program which is great two of my class mates graduated with only a couple of their credits missing to finish their associates degree. If I had to do my school years again id soooooooo do it in edison :).. When jr. is born he/she is definitely going to edison

I attended this school a couple of years ago and so did my sister. The school does favor certain students and parents. I don't believe they hire 'real' teachers that do not have enough experience teacher or aren't good teachers at all. Since the school is small they don't allow for student to receive additional curriculum and extra curricular activities and other benefits they would be allowed to receive in a bigger private school or even in a public school. I would definitely never enroll my kid in that school.

Don't listen to any negative add's. i have attended this school for all my life and never had one day when i have hated the school. we have lots of extra acctivites. we range from basketball to football. we have aswell a music class which is free. it has violin to chelo and viola.. as well as guitar classes. if ur a parent and want your child to have a productive future don't think twice about sending your child to Edison Private School.

I've been in this school for about 6 year and I've loved the entire experience that I've had at Edison. The above negative reviews are probably of parents or students that are problematic/have problematic children and their experience has not been the same. Regardless, the school is a great school. I personally believe the high school is the best area in the school. The teachers are dedicated, and the students work on necessary core subjects and don't waste time or do 'free' days like it was said.

I completely agree with the review from November 23, 2008. My daughter is in this school and I'm taking her out of there. She is in Kinder now, so the problem is not only the higher grades. There is a big issue with favoritism in this school. They only give attention to kids if the parents make good gifts or the kids parents work in the school. If you are not in the favorite group, your kid won't get anything. Activities are awful. And parents know what I mean. They charge you for things they don't provide. It's awful. Public schools are better.

I was a student in this school and I can honestly say its a very bad school. all the staff cares about is money. its all about favoritism. worst of all there's more free days then actual work days if you get what I mean. the day care and 1st to about maybe 6th game is better but the higher the grade is the worse the school is. The worst is the high school. I was in the high school for sometime and I still have friends that attend that school so they tell me everything that goes on. So if you're thinking of putting your child in that school, don't.
