The 3 rd grade teacher has exposed her class to some positive learning and disciplinary strategies like 10 marbles=free time with electronics, and every quarter Award Ceremonies, where 'A'students get 'class pass' for that particular subject and regular home works get a 'no homework pass'for a week's hw.The students look forward to it. She's loving to her kids and approachable with hw,other questions, concerns.
