This school, starting from the administrator, has very weak leadership. I don't care how many stars you have on your sign, if you can't control a 4 year old child, those stars don't mean anything.

I recently stopped in to tour this facility for a one year old. I was very pleased with the service I received. There were two ladies who greeted me and welcomed me in. They answered all of my questions and took the time (over 30 minutes) to give a tour of the center. The teachers were given an opportunity to answer all of my questions as I toured. If they had space available I would be placing my child in NDLC!

My husband and I went together to see this facility. I am not expecting for another 4 months and we went about a month ago. They will not have an opening for child until they are closer to the age of one. Therefore, we were put on the waiting list. While I agree, the customer service on the phone was not ideal (it sounded like I was bothering them), once we arrived they greeted us and treated us with excitment and encouragement. I myself do not have a "phone voice" so I understood. The infant room is very small I wish it was bigger and less cluttered, but the children all seem very happy. This included the 1 year olds! We loved everything about the facility and the way they run things. I also find it comforting that most of the women that work there also have a child there. We registered the next business day to hold our spot. They will call us if anything opens. In the meantime, we found a backup if our spot is not open in time.

I am looking to put my 1 year old into daycare and called New Dimensions to inquire about pricing. They were very short with me on the phone. Almost like I was bothering them.. I agree with the other person and her complaint. If this is the kind of customer service they give to potential clients, then I would hate to think of how they treat the children!

I went to visit this school on my lunch break because it's down the street from my job and would have been the perfect location to place my son. Since there is a big sign saying NOW ENROLLING, I figured I'd go in and check it out. I entered the office and was barely greeted by either of the TWO ladies at the front desk. I told them I was interested in their program for three year olds, and with a "why are you bothering me" expression on her face one of the ladies told me they wouldn't have openings until June. The other lady simply acted like I wasn't there. She handed me a brochure and made sure to tell me how much it would costs in what I can only assume was based on her assumption that I would find the cost to be more than I'd want to pay. I then asked about their summer camp program for my older son and again was told they didn't have openings and was again given the price of how much that would cost. I felt my blood start to boil so I thanked the ladies, got up and left, and threw the brochures away when I got back to my office. If a potential customer can be treated with such indifference I can only imagine how the kids are treated.
