My son and daughter both go to Jupiter Christian School. My son took a while to settle in but after being there for 7 months he is very happy. our daughter settled in within a month and is also very happy. On the downside we had a re-enrollment fee ($1050) for the two of them that i feel should have been included in the school fees but otherwise we are glad we moved our children there. We have come to like the President Dr Colman and found his methods logical and measurable which is a good thing in today's day and age. My son has joined the drama classes and performed in a play they put on recently, a year ago he would not have had the confidence, thank you. Some reviews here do not appear to be of the same school that we have come to know and respect but you can not please every body I suppose. Special mention for Mr Vorlicky, Mrs Hrynkiw and Mrs Loud you have all played a major part in our children's welfare and bringing out their true personality. Oh and Mr Powers you really are scary but very well respected for good reason. Go Eagles!

I'm not impress with the school at all. Academically? you can take your child to almost any public school in Jupiter and those schools will offer you the same or better curriculum and , of course, a lot better extra curriculum. Socially? The kids have their own groups and if your child is lucky enough she /he will be accepted by those groups. We experienced behaviors such as teasing, taunting, and intentional exclusion. Talking to administrators , teachers and parents, didn't change the situation at all. Christianity? They can pray, they can teach it, they can go to church, but their own heart don't seem to be lead and guide by the spirit of God. Any good about this school? The location, the building itself, the gym, and also few good teachers.

Great teacher involvement. Academically good. Christian education. Honors and AP classes. National Honor Society. Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. Our kids love it there. We have one who is very strong academically and is succeeding in AP and honors classes. We have another child who struggles a bit and the teachers are always attentive and meet with us or email us if there is any problem. No bullying policy. Students who do not act appropriately are asked to leave.

I have been going to JCS for 6 years now and have enjoyed being there. I think it needs some better equipment but I guess you can say that about most schools. We have a lot of new teachers this year and the ones I have are OK, I lost a friend who went to another school this term and she hates where she has gone and is coming back after Christmas so JCS must be quite good ;0) School dinners suck most days but we do get Chick-Fil-a here every week. I really like the computer lab and the iMac's are really cool.We also have iPads coming soon. I like the fact that I know everyone in my grade and a lot of other kids which I dont think I would in a bigger school. We need more good looking guys please!
We have 2 boys and a girl attending JCS.Since Dr Jim Coleman took over as President he has started implementing a better ( we feel) focus on academia. He has also managed to bring in better qualified tutors while maintaining the Christian values we hold so dear. Dr Coleman is certainly raising the bar here! I would have no problem recommending Jupiter Christian School to anyone.

Jupiter Christian School has turned the corner as far as we are concerned as a local Christian family. We have two daughters now attending the school and were introduced via Christ Fellowship. It was the best move we could have made, both daughters are happy and within 3 weeks of starting last April had more friends than 3 years at their old school in WPB. They may not have as many amenities as larger schools but we love their core values, they are more important to us. Their new President, Dr Coleman, seems to be making changes for the better. We have only been here a short time but we KNOW we made the right decision for our children. God Bless.

My 3 sons attended JCS for 15 years combined. They were very prepared for college and all will graduate with honors. The faculty is very caring and the admin team wants the best for each student. My kids love JCS and hope it will not change its values! Great sports program with loving coaches!

For a Christian School which incorporates christianity into every subject it suprisingly has students who behave immorally. The bullying and caddy behaviour my child endured at this school was not acceptable and I wish it were handled better by teachers and staff. It is not a warm and friendly atmosphere, smaller class sizes than public school but academically comparable. I was told by other parents about having the same issues at this school but unfortunately had to experience it myself. My child is now secure in his new school and excelling beyond any means of this school.

My son has been at JCS for three years. The foundation of the school is its leadership of president and principals that has built a faculty that knows each student and their situation on an individual level. The faculty cares and goes out of their way to make sure the child succeeds. You can tell how the kids feel about it by the way that they choose to stay around campus after school for any extracurricular activty. The academics have made great strides and are very strong. The athletic programs are also excellent. The school makes the entire family feel welcome to be part of each year. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jupiter Christian has provided both of our students with a challenging level of academics and educational experiences. It is a blessing to have teachers and administartors invest not just in a child's education but also in their spiritual and personal development. The college prep courses, magnet programs, AP classes and minimester/missions experiences equip students to take on real life challenges and excel.

I am a student at JCS. I have lived in many different areas and gone to both private and public schools. JCS is a great environment. The teachers go out of there way to help students grow academically. I have learned how to study, something that other schools do not invest their time in. The classes are challenging, but also fun and interactive. I highly recommend JCS!

REMARKABLE does not begin to describe JCS. The level of academics is high and continues to improve each year. Honors, AP and magnet programs - something for everyone. This is what we appreciate most about JCS - they are never satisfied but always strive to improve their current standards. JCS encourages their students spiritually, academically and physically to be all they can be. GREAT sports programs and fine arts, along with top notch athletics. The teachers are fantastic and very caring. We could not ask for more. Come and see for yourself.

Very disappointed. There is no teacher involvement with parents. The school is inconsiderate to the schedules of parents. The academics are somewhat low.

We love JCS! The staff and students make for an excellent environment for learning. Sports are small simply due to the school size although quality of programs is excellent. Parent involvment is a large part of the school and students success.

Jupiter Christian is an amazing school and both my 12 year old daughter and mt 16 year old son love it. It is more advanced in academics and has honors classes for grades 7th throgh 12th. They have alot of sports oportunities for three diferent seasons and also have lots of other music programs and clubs. You as parents can be as envolved as you want from going on feild trips, donating money, or volenteering to help out. I would definatly recommend sending your children there.

My son has attended Jupiter Christian for nine years now and has had wonderful experiences there. Academics offered are at the highest level ever. Being a small school, students are offered many opportunities, especially in sports and music. The teachers have a genuine heart for teaching the students in a loving, Christian environment and we have always felt it was a very safe environment. The school lives up to it's motto: Teaching the mind, reaching the heart, serving our world for Jesus Christ.

Both my children have attended this K-12 school all their lives. JCS is a Christian school and includes Bible study and weekly chapel. The teachers are great, with very positive and encouraging attitudes toward the students. The academic standards are high and from what I have seen over the past 10 years, most graduates have no trouble getting accepted to high-quality universities. The tuition is reasonable and the facilities are expanding. Uniforms are required. Music, art and intermural sports are all available. Parental involvement is more mandatory than optional and parents are expected to volunteer in many capacities for many projects throughout the year. If you are looking for a good academic school, with an emphasis on discipline, deportment, devotion and 'hands-on' parental involvement, this is the school.

nurturing, caring environment with quick response to parent's requests or needs for student to be checked on by administration or staff.

Our daughter has attended this school since th grade, she is now a sophmore. Predominately we have had a positive experience with this school. Some of the classes are below level with public and certain prepartory private schools. However she consistently scores high on her SAT's each year. We hope she is accepted to the college of her choice.
