I AM THE PARENT OF AN 8TH GRADER.I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS SCHOOL TO ANY PARENT.IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD. ESPECIALLY AN ESE STUDENT. IT SOUNDED GREAT.AND MOST OF THE TEACHERS ARE DOING THE BEST THEY BEST THEY CAN WITH WHAT THEY HAVE. (TRUST ME, IT'S NOT MUCH).THE ONLY EQUIPMENT THE KIDS HAVE FOR THE PLAY GROUND,AND BY PLAYGROUND. I MEAN PARKING LOT. IS WHAT KIDS OR THE TEACHERS BRING FROM HOME. IT COULD BE A BETTER SCHOOL. (WITH A NEW ADMINISTRATION)."THE PRINCIPAL" CAN'T BE BOTHERED WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS OR TALKING WITH A CONCERNED PARENTS.( I TRIED FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. RELENTLESSLY ,I DON'T GIVE UP). WHEN I FINALLY CAUGHT UP TO HIM IN THE OFFICE ,TO EXPRESS MY CONCERNS...HIS SUGGESTION TO ME WAS..."WOULD YOU LIKE TO KEEP YOUR SON HOME A FEW EXTRA DAYS WEEK"??? I WAS AND STILL AM STUNNED!!! THIS IS THE ADVICE OF SOMEONE YOU TRUST TO EDUCATE YOUR CHILDREN. IF YOUR CHILD IS SELF MOTIVATED, NEEDS NO CLASS INSTRUCTION,NO ONE TO TELL THEM TO STAY ON TASK.THIS MAY BE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. PERHAPS YOUR CHILD JUST NEEDS TO BE SUPERVISED AT THE PARK DAILY. THIS MAY BE A GOOD FIT. JUST BE CAUTIOUS .YOU WOULD DO BETTER TO HOME SCHOOL. AT LEAST THEY HAVE TO SHOW UP.
This school has been a god send, my children actually enjoy learning and going to school. This is a great enviroment for any child . the staff is excellant and caring, and works with each child based on individual needs.
This school cares about kids on so many levels. The classrooms are small enough that they get a lot of one on one attention.
