Lake Panasoffkee Elementary School

My little girl started school at L.P.E.S. in the 08-09 school year and I was amazed at how wonderful the staff were. The teachers, aids, and the office staff. My daughter learned so much, made so many great friends, and grew attachments to her teachers. They made the school year a blast while teaching her so much!

a great and frindley school

I have 2 children that attend Lake Panasoffkee elem. We Love this school. My kids actually love going to school here and I feel like family there as a parent they all seem to know you by your first name bases and thats always a good feeling. If your moveing to Sumter County Fla I would give our school a 100%.

The new principal knows what she is doing. The majority of the teachers are great. The school has started a music program which my children love!

I have seen both sides of Lake Panasoffkee Elementary as a Parent and an Employee. As a parent, my kids have both attended LPES. I have found that they excelled with some techers and I have been disappointed in other teachers. Depending on which Teacher your child gets it can be the most rewarding education they can receive. As an employee I feel the school is one of the best. High expectations. Principal works well with parents and employees. I wish they offered extra activites. Yes, it is an A school.

This is the greatest elementary school in the county. Teacher/parent communication is great. These teachers work with students to help them when needed, instead of just giving them a failing grade.

Many of the teachers are excellent, but the administration leaves something to be desired. My children have not taken any field trips since kindergarten and there is no art or music education.

Lake Panasoffkee Elementary school offers many programs to meet their students' needs. I have only had positive interactions with the faculty and staff.
