Wonderful school. Great parent involved environment. First child has been there since two years old and now in elementary. He is thriving as a student and as an individual. Second child in first year there and plan to continue. Great kids, curriculum and Christian atmosphere. Very happy at St. Paul's.

If you notice, there are no reviews since June of 2010. Prior, there was an awesome principal who made the school what it is. Sadly, the new principal is not a good fit. He is borderline abusive to both staff and students. Children and staff alike are afraid of him and afraid to speak out. When parents question what is happening, it is pushed under a rug and the excuse of...That was a problem child....are made. There are serious bullying issues at this school. Parents, ask former families why there has been an exodus out of the school before listening to the principal. Some of them have very well documented serious issues. It's too bad that what was once a fabulous school has been torn down in a very small amount of time. My below average rating is based on the Principal and his lack of professionalism and true Christianity. :(

This school is the best kept secret in Polk County. The teachers and staff are so well trained and educated. The academics is far superior to what we saw at LCS. The children are taught about Christ in a loving way and my children really enjoy the chapels. This school and environment is like school from the past. While progressive and highly academic the staff and parents are so inviting whcih makes is feel like home. I strongly suggest this school for a superior experience.

A great school - beautiful campus - wonderful staff - knowledgeble teachers - academics a grade ahead of the rest. Do yourself a favor and atleast take a tour. When we got to St Paul Lutheran - there was no question where we wanted our child to be. I'm surprised more people do not know about this school. It's big but tucked away on a campus behind the church.

My child has truly grown a lot in this school. The ratio of teachers and students are small and the education program is excellent.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
