This school is awful! Don't even bother registering your child(ren) at this school. Administration has no communication at all! If there aren't any communication at a school then the safety level drop completely. The new administration has no foundation and it comes off as if they have no clue what they are doing and everyone wants to do their own thing. The school is disorganized, not one event have I been to at Boyd H. Anderson High School and it was done well and was successful. The school is like a grave yard, no one has school sprit once you walk down those halls of Boyd H. Anderson High School a certain depression comes over you as in you would rather be anywhere else but Boyd H. Anderson High School. Some teachers don't even give a hoot about some of the students and doesn't even fulfill their jobs as teachers, when you send your child to school your expecting for them to have a bright future and is learning something. But not here at Boyd H. Anderson High School. No wonder its the ONLY "D" school in Broward County, this school is a disgrace. If were the superintendent of Boyd H. Anderson High School I would of shut this place down. Its a complete waste of tax payers money.

I am currently a student here at BA, If I could transfer out of this school I would in a heart beat. The school's teachers are awful. They don't care about their students grade at all. Before attending BA my grade point average was always above a 3.5 now its a freaking 2.0????? The teacher doesn't teach ANYTHING! I've went administration several times about my grade and was told," There's nothing we can do, try harder next year". There's nothing here that gets the parents, community nor students involved. There's a SGA class and it seems like everything they try to do in order to better off the school's image has been shot down by administration. The new administration doesn't have an idea what they're doing and its hurting the school. Before you register at BA think about it, give it second or even third thoughts.

Boyd H. Anderson High School. . . WHAT? This school is the most unprofessional, disorganized and uncommunicative school I've ever sent my child. The school doesn't do anything to get parents, students or the community involved. I've heard other parents speaking about their child not learning one thing since attending the most unmoral school in the county. If I were you I'd take my child anywhere but Boyd H. Anderson. Since the complains I've gotten from my daughter I've withdrawn her so fast it wasn't funny. I believe the new administration currently at Boyd H. Anderson High School needs to take some notes from the new administration at the Middle School next door, Lauderdale Lakes Middle School. now that's an AWESOME! administration which knows how to run a school.

Boyd Anderson high school is not so great. I am in the IB Programme that has gone down the tubes since our coordinators were replaced. The school in general is not too bad except for the fact that the administrators put too much emphasis on fcat rather than the schools overall success. The teachers are inadequate for learning as far as IB and the reviews about the regular teachers aren't so hot either. This is my third year here and I feel as though the school has gotten worse. I'm trying my hardest to leave this school because i feel as though I'll do better in a different educational setting. I do not recommend anyone to attend this school because honestly a parent wouldn't be giving their child a strong educational background for the future.

umm...how should i put this,,B.A. is very unorthodox this year. This school is very unorganized,Students feel UNSAFE,and the administrators of school rarely take there job serious! The security does anything to get innocent students suspended for whatever. This school feels as if they can suspend any student with little information so,they think they can do it to any student. Thats why alot of parents are switching their children out of B.A. Its too many issues at that school, its too much going on at that school, everywhere i go i feel unsafe because the securities will follow behind you if u have to go to the restroom, which is really uncomfortable for a female, they will harass you in the halls if you have a pass!, and they are flat out rude,There are students that disapproves of this school and there are the students that don't care at all,To me its all about the education and safe environment but IN MY OPINION,B.A. doesn't really have that at all if you ask me! I pray i go to another school this year,I've been to B.A. since my freshman year and now its time for me to leave this school whenever i get the chance to leave this school im ready! Please dont take this offensive!

I had two kids that spent 8 consecutive years at BA. The school had its ups and down. Mostly downs. A lot depended on the principal and other administrators. When Willie Dudley and Julie Biancardi were the principals, the school improved and was run well. When they replaced Ms. Biancardi with Timothy Gadson as principal, the place went downhill fast. He ran the school into the ground. Talented administrators and teachers transferred to other schools. People couldn't wait to get out of there. Eventually the situation got so bad they fired that principal ! The place became a human cesspool.

Hi. My name is Samantha and I attend Boyd H Anderson. I'm a freshman and have attended this school for about 4 weeks now. I know this school may seem bad because of reviews and grades, but once you step inside of this school, it's like a really good place to learn. The teachers are nice, the food here is great, and the students (well some of them) are kind. Most teachers here care about us and I really appreciate it. My point is, don't judge a school because of the reviews and grades that it gets and just assume it's a bad school. You have to experience it yourself. When I was leaving 8th grade to go to 9th, I thought that all the high school teachers weren't going to give a damn about me, but once I met my teachers, they were all nice. They really cared. So... yeah.

B.A is what u make it 2 b. If u say its horrible u urself is horrible. U make ur experience either good or bad . 2 Me my own experiences r simply great. My teachers have overtaught me more about what I really need in life . There are rarelyfights, rarely anything to really say about the school. Until youve gone there for a period of time who are we as people to judge an educational facility. I am proud to say that I will b graduating from b.A in may of 2010. Cobra pride
