Absolutely love everything about this school. My son enjoys school and learning. I attribute this to the practices at Montessori and what we have taken home from the experience.
At Lake Montessori School children are not told just what to learn but how to learn. I was a student at Montessori from the time I was 3 years old to 8th grade. I am about to start my 10th grade year, and I cannot tell you how much Montessori has done for me. I learned things at Montessori when I was in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades that most students do not learn until 9th grade. I was given the opportunity to see how I learn best the day I started Montessori, something that the people around me are just now attempting to do. Children from a Montessori background will find themselves amazed at what they have really gotten from Montessori. It is the best investment my parents could have ever made for me and I advise every parent to do the same. Your child will thank you.
This is by far the best school in Central Florida. My children are exposed to information years before children at other schools. Anyone considering a school in Lake county should come take a tour!
