lehigh senior in my opinon is an excellent school who loves for a better education and life for all its students isincomparable . i have always wanted to go to lehigh senior ever since i went there for the open house. the teachers do really care for the students and probably the only time there is drama is the bored people who care more about popularity than their education. this school is a first choice

i'm currently a freshman at lehigh. before i went to the school i heard rumors that it was a bad school. well that was a lie. lehigh is a very good school. and they offer very good education such as ap courses and the cambridge program. the sports in the school are very good! and the school isn't just focused on the football team like i've been told.! overall this school is great!=)

I absolutely love this school. I am a freshmen now and now that i will be pleased throughout the years until i graduate. Lshs has many many many programs and clubs that will help you along on through high school and college. Just ignore all the negativity and go there for yourself.

This school is a good learing enviornment, but it doesn't have enough programs. It focuses too much on art, and not enough on the more important subjects.

At first i hated this school. but when i had to switch, i was so upset. the teachers at this school teach a whole lot more than the teachers on this side of town (north fort myers, cape coral). Everyone gets along just fine. No racism problem here at all. students are very well mannered and you quite never here about a fight. cant wait to go back for my senior year!! 2009 baby!!

That's what the school is focused on is the FCAT and not the regular corriculum. IT seems to me the only sports teams that matter are the male teams. I'll be glad when my child is out of this schoo.

Right now I am a junior at Lehigh and it's not a very good school. I honestly do not think most teachers care. All teachers care about until 11th grade is FCAT. Now I am actually being challenged, but all the years before it was just FCAT this and FCAT that. And still only a small percent of students passed. The teachers aren't that good and I would never send any of my kids to this school. The principal is good however. Sports wise, none are good. Plus all the administrators care about is football.

Lehigh Senior Highschool outstands from the rest of the school due to its magnificent teachers, who, as multicultural people, know how to educate their students with thorough excercises and assignments, which are dynamic as well.

This is school is pretty descent. The kids are involved & participate in many activities. The Student Government, Facaulty & Staff are a big part of what goes on here. Next year, (2006) it will be a school of the arts, showing us that obviously, they are into arts, music, sports, etc. Parents are welcome to attend every meeting held on ( I think its the 1st Tuesday of the month) but I personally don't go anymore, only because I'm too busy though. The teacher student ratio is pretty good, although there's always those few classes that are either over or under a by a little too much. All in all, I would give this school a B+.

Has a long way to go before it can even become average.

Expecting children to learn is not telling them to open a book and expect them to just know it right then and there. Some teachers need to look at what they are teaching and realize, is it really worth teaching if their students are not learning?

Lehigh senior needed a new principal, now that they have an new principal coming hopefully the school will improve. The school was more focus on discipline rather than education when the former principal was there. Also all the years that he was there, there has not been no improving with this school. I hope the new principal will improve the school education and do not focus more on discipline. The bathrooms at the school is nasty and vile.

My child has just entered this school as a ninth grader. In just a short amount of time I have heard a great deal of negative things which disturb me: Cannot get into her locker to retrieve books, etc. (either there isn't enough time between classes or she has a problem with the lock); a certain teacher is reported to have told a student to 'shut up' and sent one student out of the classroom for correcting the teacher's misspelled word (shouldn't teachers know how to spell?); most recently my stepdaughter was given a '0' on a vocabulary quiz because it was done in pencil (what exactly is the lesson here?) This kind of thing makes me livid. I need some answers as to what exactly is being taught at Lehigh Senior High School.

In the classes, the students have to share books, and can't take one home. The teachers put a page number on the board, and tell the kids to start working. Thats not teaching to me..I could do the same thing to my children if I didnt want them in my hair.
