Orangewood has teachers that care about their students. They take interest in what their students do by attending their games, art shows, plays, and programs. The teachers love Jesus and share that love with their students. OCS provides a great education and other opportunities in sports, art, drama, choir, band, photography, and community service projects for students to be involved. We have parents that volunteer a lot of their time in so many ways. We have a special group of parents that meet weekly to pray for our school, teachers, and students.

Without exception, the teachers truly love what they do and it shows in their enthusiasm and willingness to teach each child, individually if necessary, and do whatever needs to be done to help every child succeed.

I would encourage anyone looking for a great school for their child to attend to schedule a tour of Orangewood Christian School. I enrolled my children when we moved here from Texas ten years ago. My daughter is now a sophomore at University of Florida and my son is in the 11th grade at OCS. Our experience with the administration and teacher's has overall been very positive. I do not believe you will find another school in the area where the staff has as much love and concern for the students as at OCS. Academics at OCS are top flight as are the fine arts departments. Boys and girls will find plenty of clubs and sports to choose from for extracurricular involvement.

We moved to Florida five years ago and put our kids in public school. We never felt welcome and Florida was never "home". Three years ago we found Orangewood. We chose it for its Christian atmosphere and academics which have exceeded our expectations. What we were not expecting but were so thankful to receive was a FAMILY, and Central Florida is now HOME.

The academics are top notch. The Christian education and values that OCS teaches are just an extension of what are girls have grown up with. It's nice to know that the Christian values we have taught them is reinforced at school and not denied or scoffed at. Our oldest daughter, who is senior, is in position for a college scholarship and we owe it all to OCS. Our youngest, a freshman, is also doing well. Orangewood is a well rounded school that provides high quality education at a fair price. It also has a superb Fine Arts program and a competative Athletic department. Orangewood Christian School growing, but, in the right direction. I give this school an A+ !

We found this school 5 years ago when we moved to FL. I couldn't wait to enroll my 4 year old in the pre-k program. She is now in 3rd grade and Orangewood Christian has lived up to our expectations and over-delivered in so many ways. It truly is a "family", academics are wonderful, the leadership is strong and Christ-focused and my daughter has without fail looked forward to going to school everyday. It is exceptional value for a private school. OCS is a great "all-rounder" - athletics, Fine Arts, academics and most importantly soul guidance - after all your soul lasts longer than your brain!

I love Orangewood Christian School because they have the best teachers and staff who really care about the kids. The curriculum really challenges the kids. It goes from K-12th grade. Orangewood is not ashamed to put Christ at the center of everything they d.

OCS is the best school! They look at each child as an individual and help that child succeed based on their needs. They love our children unconditionally and everything is based on God's Love and the Bible! Even in discipline, they base the discipline on the Bible. It is amazing!!!Our children can't wait to go to school each day and the teachers are dedicated beyond dedicated!!!!

Great school! My child was new to the elementary school last year. He had always done well in public school but dreaded each day. Everything changed when he entered Orangewood. He enjoys school now and has found that learning can be interesting, challenging and even fun. He has made nice friends too. I also appreciate that the teachers give kids a couple of breaks each day to run around on the playground between working hard on their lessons. Homework is reasonable - not loads of busy-work each night. They have found a nice balance for each grade group. God has blessed us through Orangewood!
