Worst school ever. The teachers could not care less for there students. I hate the fact that I have to send my son there.

My son loves this school but his grades are poor. I have trouble getting good interaction with teachers and know his friends are all doing poorly in classes. The teachers are nice, but I feel this school lacks study skills and followup with parents.

I have a seventh grader at Margate, are the teachers are great, they keep me updated on my son's progress. They are very concerned about their students and try to make their classes engaging. My son loves Margate, he participates in many of the activities they have

my daughter is doing good at school, I know all her teachers and some of them are very responsible. I liked the security that they have at pick up time and I appreciate the interest that some teachers has, just like Mrs.Antz; math teacher of 7 grade

No one should put this school down.I am a 7th grader here and Margate Middle School is the best and funnest school I've ever been to.The teachers are fun and caring and administrators knows when to put their foot down, and some of the students are really fun to hang out with.Right now we're an A and we're keeping it that way.

I have 2 children at Margate Middle. My oldest is in 8th grade and my youngest is in 6th. I heard all the stories in community about how bad Margate Middle is. Well I am here to say the stories need to stop. Margate Middle is a very good school and is improving all the time. We are an A school and we have the Teachers and Students to Thank you. So Thank you Margate Middle.

Most of the teachers make an effort to keep all the students interested in their subjects, however, more homework would be beneficial.

I'm a new parent; my son just started 6th grade at Margate Middle. I find the principal and teachers very responsive to parents, and focused on increasing academics. It is a little disappointing that there are not more art, music, field trip opportunities, as kids at this age level respond so well to these. Parents are welcome to get involved as volunteers and in PTA, not enough do, but those of us who want to are welcomed with open arts. There is hope for this school, which has a B rating.
