What a GEM of a school! The administration and teachers are phenomenal. Great community involvement. Best decision we ever made for our kids!

I have worked with people that are relocating to our area for the last 20 years. Typically, the 1st question they have is about schools, so I have done a lot of research on both public and private options and have listened closely to the most accurate data of all - parents with kids in those schools. When it came time for my own daughter to go to Kindergarten, I wanted to enroll her in private school but since we lived so close to one of the "better" public elementary schools, I opted to save the tuition money and put my faith in the public school system. That lasted less than 2 years and I knew that I wanted much more for my child. I wanted an environment with great academics but also one that teaches values, character and personal responsibility. I found that at OLL. What an amazing school! The staff, facilities, parents and students are a dream come true. My daughter is thriving! It is so refreshing to see parents who care and get involved and teachers who are not only great educators, but outstanding citizens. Our Lady of Lourdes is a must have for our family. It is honestly the best gift I could ever give my child.

We have been part of the OLL 'family' for three years now.... What a wonderful combination of education and faith. We have two children in the program and couldn't imagine a better experience for our children. The teachers, staff, parents and priests are exceptional, and we really do feel like 'family' there. Very welcoming and a joy to be a part of!

My family has been an active part of OLL for many years. We had two children go through from prek to 8th and our youngest is entering 7th. We have seen many changes in the past 14 years. The teachers and the staff are very nice and the community involvement is like no other. We are truly blessed to have Our Lady of Lourdes School.

What a great school. We have been with the OLL community and school for 3 years now and I can not say enough about the school and staff. The Preschool and VPK program are outstanding. The teachers in the Prek program are wonderful, caring individuals who truly love being there every day. The PreK program truly is a school for the smaller people in our lives and the religion aspect of the PreK program is just appropriate enough for the little ones to understand. The school for K-8 is outstanding. My children are exceeding in their grades and I owe it to the Principal and Teachers. The Kindergarden teacher is wonderful and my child has come along way since attending this school. I could not think of anywhere else I would want my children to be. Catholic Education will be number 1 in our home always.

My daughter is a first year student in the first grade at Our Lady of Lourdes (OLL). I have never seen her more self confident and happy at any other school. She comes home from school excited. OLL offers many different classes: Science Lab, Computer, Spanish, Physical Education, and Library. I love the teachers. OLL has a great supportive community of parents, teachers, and administrators. I would recommend this school to anyone.

My son started Pre K4 this year at OLL and from the very beginning we were treated with kindness and concern. The teachers and Principal Wyatt have been so helpful and caring of my son and his special needs ... they got him special help with his language gap and behavioral problems. Th Parents, Teachers, Principal and the Parish Priest and the Parish all our involved in the sucess and growth of this Shcool and the Students that they enpower. OLL is such a place of fun , laughter . prayer. and learning. What a great place it is to be a part of . I would tell anyone that is looking for a God based School and enriched loving atmospher for theor child to be educated in that they go visit this school .

We have been part of the OLL family for two years now. It is a caring environment that nutrues your child. The small classroom size also for your child to excel in their strenghts and receive the necessary help with their weaknesses. The parents are extremely involved and I have never been a part of such a warm welcoming community. Everyone is involved in the life of the school from academics to athletic activities. It is a wonderful place for your child to experience the benefits of a Catholic education. After one visit you will see why this school is such a wonderful part of the Melbourne community.

The teacher's go out of their way to help, the principal has done more than any principal should ever be asked to do and the parents are extremely involved.

We have been a part of the OLL family for 4 years and we have two children who attend. I love the sense of community that we enjoy at OLL. Classes are small, so children get personalized attention every day. Positive moral values, some as simple as 'be kind to others' are reinforced regularly. Fairness and honesty are practically part of the curriculum. I consider my son to be an average student among his peers at OLL. However, people from outside of school frequently comment about how smart he is and how well-spoken. I can only attribute this to the excellent Catholic School Education that he has received at OLL. The teachers at OLL feel like part of our extended family. They genuinely care about my boys' progress and their developing interpersonal skills. Each one demonstrates a heart-felt dedication to his/her students. OLL gets an A+ from our family.

OLL is an exceptional school in many ways. We have been a part of this loving environment for 11 years. The parent involvement here is genuine and incomparable. The small class size and 'community' environment help to foster the Catholic identity we want for our children. Teachers are always looking for new ways to help each individual student. The principal and staff are very approachable. Everytime you return to OLL, it's like coming home.

My 2 children attend Our Lady of Lourdes and have been there since Pre-K 4. I have been active at the school for the past 9 years. The teachers are wonderful, the support staff is wonderful and the principal is a huga asset as well. I couldn't think of placing my children in a school in which prayer wasn't part of their day. We have a lot to be thankful on a daily basis and OLL teaches that. The school is very welcoming to all families and there is parental involvement opportunities throughout the year. Parents are always welcome on campus. I'm blessed to be able to send my children to such a wonderful school.

All of our children have attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in Melbourne, Fl. Each one of our children is unique and special and OLL makes them feel that way. Each has their own strength and area for improvement. The faculty and staff realize this and nurture their strengths and help them grow in areas needing opportunities. Academic excellence is expected and received at OLL and it is done with God's love. The school also offers a wide range of extra curricular activities. God's teachings, respect for each other, and truth are found in every aspect of OLL both in the classrooms and at family or sporting events. My children are proud to be a part of the OLL family and we are thankful to OLL for all that it has provided to us.

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is a wonderful school. Both of my children attend this school for a variety of reasons. First, and most importantly, my children live their faith in their daily school routines. God is present in every aspect of their day. Second, academic excellence is standard practice. Third, communications between parent and teacher is open, professional and friendly. My children spend their days with a faculty and staff that are positive, loving role models.

Safetly, security, and personal academic attention. These are the most important aspects of Our Lady of Lourdes School. The classes are small (15 students per teacher in 5th grade), the campus is safe and secure, discipline and order are maintained at all times, making this a place that your child can feel secure and confident. The family atmosphere belies the detailed attention to the academic curriculum. With Spanish, PhysEd, Art, Music and Computer classes, on top of the core curriculum, we don't feel like our child is missing anything. My child loves the school, and she is making excellent academic progress. I could not be happier as a parent.

This is an amazing school. There is so much dedication and determination here by the staff and parents coming together to do what needs to be done to ensure that our students get a top notch quality education in the most loving enviorment possible. This school truely is something special in the heart of Melbourne. There are several other Catholic schools between our home and Our Lady of Lourdes but we made the choice to send our kids to OLL . Their teachers are very dedicated to make sure that each child gets what they need to succeed and they work very closely with the parents. There is a specialsit on staff to work with any child who has issues that require additional help to get them up to speed. I had an Autistic child at this school and my son just grew and grew here.

In choosing Our Lady of Lourdes my parents made the best decision of my life. While attending OLL I learned a valuable life skill, OLL faculty and sport coaches call sportsmanship. This concept was instilled in every student, especially when participating in athletics and was the most important part in each individual s participation. Being able to support others, follow rules, and be a good winner and even at times a good loser are attributes one uses all throughout life. As an alumni and a student in college OLL prepared me and gave me and all students that attend OLL acompetitive edge to succeed.

We are very happy with the school. The environment is faith based and closeknit. The staff is well rounded and nurturing. The new principal is very responsive and has increased the emphasis on academics. There are many extra curricular offerings - sports, chess, drama, scouts, etc
