The office staff is what ruins this school. I have never seen someone so disrespectful and condescending to parents as this office attendant. It is a shame because first impressions are everything and she successfully ruins Quest's. The principal is virtually non existent. The teachers are excellent. They really do care about the kids and are equally appalled by the disconnect from the staff and principals. Quest has so much potential if they remove the toxic people.

It has some good teachers, that's for sure! In my opinion, poor communication on the part of the principal, with parents and children alike. Major safety issues with the location of the office way past the lobby and front doors - the doors should be kept locked!! Lots of extras for those behind, but not much for those ahead of the curve who don't qualify for AP

We were SO fortunate to have our children attend Quest Elementary '06-'09 before we transferred out of state. They left us with a very high standard for our new schools. The teachers truly CARE about the children and they interact with them in their lessons so creatively. This makes the kids want to learn. My children will forever benefit from the writing WOW lab. The principal, however, could interact more with the kids in a positive way. Overall, Quest is Best!

We have been at Quest for three years. I have mixed review about the school. The teachers we have had have been great and my child has done very well in school because of the teacher's dedication and genuine concern for each student. Love the teacher. Unfortunately, I have found the administration staff to be very unapproachable and stand-offish. They don't seem all too interested in parent feedback or concerns and tend to make the same excuses for things that go unaddressed. The new hires in the office seem to have the same disposition and there is no longer a friendly vibe when you walk into the office. Basically, you are ignored. The previous front desk person was very welcoming and personable, unfortunately that person has been replaced with a replicant personality of the administrative team, stand offish and 'too busy' to notice you. Customer service training would benefit this school.

This is a great school! I have 2 kids in this school and we are in our 2nd year. Teachers are great, office staff is very nice and they know most kids by name. My youngest needed speech therapy and it is being attended to. Before grades were sent out, teacher called for conference b4 I asked for one-that's proactive! The 6th grade teachers team that my oldest has is great and they try to prepare that grade for middle school. FCAT scores are above average if you're looking for that too. They have creative fundraisers that include the parents too! How cute is it to have a Mother-Son luau and a Father-Daughter dance??!! I love that! Parent volunteers are welcome and it's a great way to know how the school works-if you can do that. I'm very pleased.

My kids loooove this school! They said that the teachers are absolutly wonderful and are the nicest teachers they have ever had. We recieved a postcard in the mail today that was mailed directly to my daughter and it was directly from her teacher(s), welcoming her to the school and a nice personal message asking her how her vacation was. We are so pleased with the way the environment as a whole is so great. To us, it makes a world of a difference if the kids are wanting to goto school.. Every person that I have come in contact with at this school have been very friendly and answered every single question that we have had, and gave us lots of information to read up on, and they show that they are very pleased to have my childeren in that school.

This school has been awesome. We were in private school prior to this and I find this school to be above the private education my children were receiving. My older son was behind and they have tried to help in so many ways to assure he gets back on line. I tend to think they work with the students who are behind more thna the gifted children but see that the teachers care about all the students. i have a child in 3rd and fourth and have both to be able to meet their needs even by changing their curriculum to do it.
