The school has been a God send for our family. The teachers and staff are extremely well prepared, and very courteous. My girls have learned a great deal there, and I couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll them at SPPS.
My daughter just started Kindergarten at Sts. Peter and Paul. She is singing and praying more than ever to our Lord and our blessed Mother. Its been a month since she started at the school and she is ready starting to reading. She loves the music, computer, art, and Spanish classes given at the school. We as devoted Catholic parents are grateful that the Lord has blessed each of the teachers and the principal at this school to continue the gospel of the Lord. In addition, the school extra effort to ensure that parents participant in the learning process of their children is excellent. As every parent should know, the good learning habits should first start at home. We look forward for many great years at this wonderful school. God bless to everyone who reads this review of this wonderful school.
Both my daughters attend Sts Peter and Paul and we are very happy with the overall education they are getting. We are looking forward to some exciting changes this upcoming year in the language arts areas. Parents who want to see changes need to get involved and work hand in hand with the school. We cannot expect for the faculty to take care of it all. Education starts at home!
it is an awesome school, teachers and parents all have a great interest in the children
SPPS is great! It has been my second home for over 10 years. Teachers and administration is great and the student body is under control. We learn many Christian values and information that will help us in the future.
Sts. Peter & Paul has been a home away from home for both of my children. My son attended SPPS since PK-3 and graduated last year. He went on to the High School of his choice, and currently has a 4.71 GPA. All of his core classes are either Honors or AP. My children have participated in many extra-curricular activities offered by the school: Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts, Sports (X-Country, Track & Field, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, and Softball). They have also been given the opportunity serve the school and the parish as altar servers. This school has allowed my children to grow both spiritually and morally and has done a great job in preparing them for the future.
Sts. Peter and Paul stays true to its mission of teaching and living the Gospel. The children are taught to follow the lessons of the Gospel in their everyday interactions. The school truly fulfills the mission of Catholic schools.
A great school. Both my children attended Sts Peter & Paul and did very well when attending High School.
My children have been in this school since kindergarten and now going to 4th grade. Compared to their cousins who attend public school, they are ahead academically. They are also better disciplined and have good morals and values compared to some of the children I have seen in public schools.
I agree with the last post that the school is lacking good leadership and innovative programs. I have two children attending this school and have found that the guidance in the middle school grades is not the same. These are tough years and children need to be challenged. Parents are pulling kids out once they reach middle school.
