Class of 2012 student. Good teachers, not so good leadership. School doesn't challenge you academically. This school isn't strict at all, although they try to be strict by taking away your cellphones, but people have been able to get them back easily. Very easy to skip class, seems like no cares. I would avoid this school if I were you. If your child is determined to do academically well, he'd probably be better of in a magnet school. Kids in this school are lazy and from my experience are not focused on education. This school might hinder your child from being successful. Put your child in an magnet school.

As a graduate from 2011 I find this school great. Not only are the teachers and staff friendly, but you learn a lot from them. The great thing about it was that most of the students knew each other since it was a small school. In my opinion, i was very lucky to go to this school and meet the people i know now.

Each school is assigned a letter grade (A-F) based on three criteria: the overall performance on the FCAT, the percentage of eligible students who took the test, and whether or not students made progress in reading and math. The School Grades are calculated by adding points earned from each of the performance criteria listed above.
