St. Matthews Lutheran is a great school. My daughter is in Kinder, she loves her teacher, Mrs. Gonzalez. Part of their curriculum for k-students is additions in math & counting to one hundred. The children also learn spelling and phonetics. They have homework everyday. Every morning the kids sing "The Star Spangled Banner" followed by the Pledge of the Allegiance. The classes are not over crowded and the kids go to chapel on wednesday. We are very, very happy with the school overall.
