sunshine Elementary is a awesome school it has great activities but their are a little issues with dating I love this school I am currently a 5th grader and I don't want to leave but this school helped me to success thank you
I attended Perry when it was Perry Jr. Hi. way back in the early sixties when it was first built. It was a grate school then. We were the Perry Wild cats. Wish I could go back in time and go there again. former student.
I honestly think that perry is kind of a good school but since most of the teachers left in 7th grade because of what's happening in broward county , the substitutes couldnt control us like our teachers did .
The school is one of the worst in Broward County. I wouldn 't send my kids there. Administrators are lack of experience and involvement and some classes are very dangerous.

Well, In my opinion, I think Perry should allow students to not wear uniform however, I do get why we do have to wear uniforms. H.D. Perry has many Security staff. Many teachers know that you can succed if you try. There are many school activities to do such as, Basketball, Cheerleading, Track, Vollyball, etc. The Principal, assistant pricipal's, teachers, etc. are great! I am currently in the 7th grade and almost in the 8th with the help of the staff at Perry! 'THAT'S PERRY FOR YA'!

I currently attend perry middle as an 8th grader. Overall this school is ok. It has alot of rules and thats for kids safety. This school has an excellent securety team that works to keep our school safe and provide teachers with a good teaching environment. All the teachers belive u can acheive and they push u to work hard but its worth it. I currently have a 3.8 Gpa and thankful to all my teacher that helped me. In all perry isnt a bad school its very fun and has a wide variety of sports club such as lovely ladies steppers, track, flag football, dance, soccer, softball, vollyball, basketball and etc..... Ima miss perry while im on my way moving up into bigger and better things....So tell parents to get you 2 this challenging safe and great school so you can achevie and be like me thanks bye bye :)

Its an okay school if you are in the IB program. Outside of IB are the unruly, rude, children that give the school a bad reputation. The administrators should be a little less strict with the IB students that hardly need strictness at all and more strict with the non IB. Complaints flood the school daily and no changes ever happen. Some teachers are highly unprofessional and need replacement.

I think H.D Perry is a very great and leaded school. I think it could be less strict and a little bit more cleaner.

H.D perry isnt really a bad school, many people say that it is the worst school but it really is not. The school is also very encouraging to pass the f-cat because they have this thing that if 60 percent of the students in the school get a 3 or higher in the math f-cat teachers (that voulenteered) dye thier hair blue or wear a blue wig I dont know how it works but overall it is a good school from my point of view.

H.D.Perry Has gone there many rough years and have faced great adversities. I have three children who currently attend. In the past two years we have introduced a new principle and two A.P. the third A.P. has been there throught think and thin. She is a phenomenal woman. Steve Frazier is the best thing to walk throught Perry's door. His heartbeat is for the students and the staff. Many changes have occured, all for the best. The school has had a bad reputation for many years but the adminatrative staff is altering that daily with implamations to change the standards in which the school is run. My children were affraid to go to school when they first entered Perry, now they can't wait to go. They feel save, nurtured, and challenged in all areas. Perry offers many programs to meet your chid's individual needs. Thanks

Terrible school! From the administration to the lack of qualified teachers...this school get a grade of 'F' in my book. Very little parent involvment The overaged students are paired with 'normal' students and the entire classes suffer.

One of Miramars oldest middle schools. Three of my children have attended school here. The teachers are ok, the administration is absent and the athletics are not great if your child wants to play in HS. Overall ok school.

Overall my son has not experienced any problems like the ones people have indicated before attending this school. I do beleive the teachers could be a little more understanding of the students and not over exagerate on the little things....More homework would be great especially for those students having a hard time. Like we tell our children, the teachers need to take the time to give extra homework to the students who are asking for it. Not many parents know how their children are doing until it is too late. Fortunately I'm not one of them and I do appreciate all the effort the teachers give. However, a little more goes a long way. I know it can't be easy and parent participation would help. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to give my input and hopefully this will only help my son get the proper education he deserves.

The school has rude teachers, disgusting bathrooms, food that is awful and one time my child found items that arent even food and was very nasty. They serve milk that is expired, and the school needs to tidy up very much because it's just horrible!
The school's bathrooms were always in a mess, the breakfast does not taste good and the lunch makes you sick. The Extracurricual activities are so boring.
