My children have been at this school since the beginning...Great principal, security staff is excellent..teacher are great some have more patience than others...teachers communicate very well with the parents..You definitely have to be involved with helping your children with homework and checking each teachers personal website to keep update on class assignments

I am a student at Somerset Academy Miramar Middle. So i know excatly what goes on. I been in the school from the start when its was first build i was a 6th grader. The education is very good. its very easy to have your academices good. But the problem is at that school it was very hard getting along with the students there they like to make fun of others. Be mean to others students. If your not one of those that into gossip and not a loudely person well somerset is not a good school for you. because you only get treated right if your popular. also somerset is a school that keep alot of drama and start drama which led to fighting and the teacher there doesnt do andything to stop it and the principal. somerset teacher are not the best. I definety will NOT reccomend that school.

I am very pleased with the type of educational instruction that my children are getting at Somerset Academy. It would have been a great advantage if the high school were in the same location or adjacent to the middle school.

I am very happy with the school for my daughters. I have one in 6th and one in 1st grade. I like the disciplines and the strict code uniforme. The other amazing thing to me, this school is a family school; all the staff know every single kid's name and the kids feel loved. Good recommendation for the parents that are looking for a very very good school.

My son has been in the school for 4th grade and next yr. I will keep him here. He is an honor student and somtimes not,that shows me they don't push the child along, I also agree with the lunch problem but all schools lunches are not moms.I will write again next year but it's up to us parents to rate our schools so others can see if they are good or not!

The school is not that bad but their are some personnel which need to improve in their people skills and that goes for some teachers too. And the schools lunch is one of the most important thing which need to be improved because the children complains often of how terrible the food is not only my children but also their friends from school. But on academics the school is very good.

I have been in this school for 5th grade and currently am attending 8th grade at this school about to graduate to High School, next year. This school is excellent. The academics are excellent. All teachers are helpful and easily communicate with me easily. The math teacher Mr. Gonzalez, the math teacher, is the best math I ever had. Ms.Campbell, the Language Arts teacher is a very strict teacher but makes learning easy to understand and fun. This school's athletics is not very good. The coaches of the teams are not really experienced. We mostly never won any games except our soccer games. Overall, this school is excellent!
