The school is ok. If your child struggles in any subject or might have a sld they are not very helpful. They have silent lunchtime! :( The principal is not very friendly. The music teacher is mean to the kids. I'm switching my children next school year to a different school.

I have been happy with this school. I was disappointed when they changed from multi-level teaching, but i think the teachers handled the principal change well. Mrs. Priebe is my favorite teacher. Fabulous writing coach.

I LOVE working here!! It's been 9 years and I'm going to miss Ms. Rushe terribly when she retires in January. I would also like to add that after reading many of the reviews, I found it interesting that the two negative comments about the administration should learn that Principal has the word 'pal' at the end. I learned that from an equally great public school many years ago! KUDOS TES, keep it up!

Excellent school! We moved here from WI 2 years ago and I was really worried about Florida's school system. I can honestly say, I am more than pleased with Trinity Elementary. They have exceeded all of my expectations and then some!!!

About the tests

In 2012-2013 Florida used the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT 2.0) to test students in grades 3 through 10 in reading, 3 through 8 in math, in grades 5 and 8 in science and writing in grades 4, 8 and 10. The FCAT 2.0 is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Florida. About the tests

Florida uses School Grades to measure the overall performance of a school each year on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT). Each school is assigned a letter grade (A-F) based on three criteria: the overall performance on the FCAT, the percentage of eligible students who took the test, and whether or not students made progress in reading and math. The School Grades are calculated by adding points earned from each of the performance criteria listed above.
