It's an honor and privilege to work at Hillel, where professionals work within a true learning community that fosters growth and development for all, from students through administration.

I sent my children to Hillel for years. The school is a mess, always has been and probably always will be. Politics and gossip seem to run the school. The education is subpar. My nephew graduated from Hillel two years ago and is adamant that even though he was accepted to and attends a top notch college, he was far from being well prepared!

I am happy with the jewish education my siblings and I recieved and Hillel, but extremely dissaponted with the secular one we recieved. I felt at the time I attended the school, as I still do now, that it is extremely below par. Teachers aren't strict enough, and the administration should compare the way they run things to other private schools.

Hillel was great. It was then taken over by a new administration and has become less great. I graduated from Hillel and I am thankful for the Jewish education it gave me, now that I'm in college I realize how much it helped. The teachers who have been there for a while are fabulous, but new administration is subpar.

As a graduate of Hillel as well as a current parent, I am very pleased with the current administration which is the finest that we have had in our history & is capable of making Hillel the finest Jewish Day School in the country. Great secular program, great Judaic program, improving sports programs in a safe, Jewish environment. What more could you want for your kids. Plus there is a solid plan to expand & update the current facilities which will really allow Hillel to become to true School of Excellence.

I feel blessed that my son is attending Hillel NMB. This is such an amazing, family involved learning experience. My son started attending when he was 3, and will continue until he graduates from high school.

The school is a very caring place with a strong foundation in judiac studies. The secular studies such as reading, math, computers are not as strong as they should be.

My children have attended hillel for four years. Hillel feels like a second home. Everyone from teachers and staff to students and their parents are extremely warm. The education is good. After noon extracurricular activities are held at the michael anne russel jewish community center next door.
