My Grandaughter has done very well at this school. The fact that she is learning scripture as well, I am very pleased. I work for the public schools and what I see is very sad to me. I do how-ever have a HUGE concern on learning that you will not have Abeka offered to her this coming year. I am very familar with that curriculum and it is rated one of the best. I am afraid that you are lowering your standards for this school and your enrollment may possibly drop even further. I am prayerful though!!

My two children have attended SCA for the past 4 years and the Abeka program that is used is just stellar. My boys are taught academic curriculum unlike the public school system which teaches to FCAT. The teachers have all been phenomenal!

My two children have attended for the past 3 years. The teachers are very committed and provide phenominal role modeling, positive communication interactiions with students. I have always felt secure in knowing this was a great environment for my kids. The Abeca curriculum provides a well formated practical application lesson instruction developing a sound educational foundation. We love this school.

This year is my sons first year at SCA. He was in Ms. Spiers 1st grade class. She is amazing teacher and has taught him so much.. His self esteem has soared. I love the way she makes them feel important and makes him want to learn. The school is small, but it makes you feel like family.

While this school is small, at the lower grades it offers exceptional education. At the high school grades it leaves a lot to be desired. High school does not offer much course selection for students and though they let you choose electives, they end up doing what they want. Other private schools in the area offer more for high school.

I think this school is very good, One thing I was shocked with is that there is 26 kids in my daughters kindergarden class. For a private school that is crazy

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
