Redeemer Christian School

We switched from another private school in town to Redeemer. We absolutely made the right choice. My son has LOVED this school from day one. The kids and staff are kind and it is a loving environment. My son has placed in the top 10 percent of the nation on standardized testing which is an improvement from his former school. This is one of Ocala's gems.

RCS is the best environment for chidlren to develop into the best person they can be: spiritually, physically, emmotionally, and academically. The staff is a cohesive group working toward one goal: the success of our children. Each need is met on an individualized basis because we realize that God made each one of these children special and unique. I have never worked in a school where the group was a whole as opposed to individuals doing their own thing for their own purposes. As a mother I can say without hesitation that this is the type of learning environment I want my child to be a part of. As an educator I can also say without hesitation that this is the best learning environments provided and also one of the best working environments. RCS is a light in a dark world.

Simply put - RCS is a family. Everyone in every grade knows everyone. The administrative staff could not be more friendly, helpful and caring. The teachers are awesome, creative, and they love the kids. And, you've never seen such parent involvement - from running a media center to field trips to substituting to serving hot lunch - everyone gets involved! Best of all, it's the interaction between the kids that is amazing. Because of the 'family-like' atmosphere, these kids grow up together and are supportive of one another. The curriculum is challenging. RCS uses the best of several different curriculums to support and supplement its Core Knowledge Curriculum. I've been told numerous times from friends, of how my children have learned things that other schools aren't teaching until later grades. I cannot put into words how much we love RCS and are grateful for the opportunity and experience are kids are receiving.
