Walker has an awesome teachers, arts dept and sports dept. A great PTSA with highly involved parents, teachers, and students. We have a really cool new principal, asst principals, and staff.
It a very great school and the testing is terific
My son attended Walker 6-8th grades. Although he was a minority in this school he did VERY well. He was challeged by the staff and performed well. He also participated in Track and the team did well this year. I would say that the parent involvement at this school is LACKING!
