I worked at Riverside Elem. and the teachers and staff are the best. I now live in Pa., but I love to keep in touch with the scores and grades. Congrats to Jay Rutledge on being the Teacher of the Year. I love it.

Riverside Elementary is a lovely school with a bad rep. Because the neighborhood of it's location is older, the stereotype is that it's a bad school with bad kids. My son is in fifth grade, and has received a great start to his educational years. He has done well academically, his teachers have all been proactive and enthusiatic about each school year. The principal and staff are dedicated to each student and it shows through their repeated efforts to involve each and every parent and to treat each student with respect and dignity. Riverside deserves something extra to give back to its students and staff.

The school is ran excellent. The teachers so far have been outstanding. My child is learning very quickly. Art and music is excellent, and the teachers really seem to care for the students.
