My daughter has been attending St. Mark since 2005. I must say that I would have it no other way. St. Mark is an excellent school with an excellent staff. I feel so safe and secure in every way with my daughter attending this school. The curriculum in every aspect - from biblical, to foreign language is excellent. Education to me is VERY important...and so are values. This school provides all of the above and much more. Kudos to St. Mark and it's excellent staff and loving children.

My daughter has attended 8 years at St. Mark Preparatory School. It's an excellent school and provides the nurturing and care that is missing from the public school system. The curriculum is advanced and challenges the students in every area. The incorporation of social and athletic extracurricular activities along with special studies in Spanish, Computers, Bible and Music creates the overall curriculum. The school has a PTF Executive Board which has set a solid foundation for future board members. Each child at this school is known by the faculty and staff. There is a strong leadership developed by the commitment of both administration and faculty. The Christian atmosphere has aided in the achievements of the students and provided a solid foundation for students that will be entering the public school system. The school is an excellent place to assist parents with helping to build the right character in young people.

My daughter has attended St. Mark Prep. since Kindergarden, she is now completing third grade, I have nothing but praise for the teachers and staff that ensures my daughter is receiving a quality education and providing the necessary one on one instruction to produce a positive learning environment. The extracurricular activities would be the only down side to the school at this time. The parent involvement level is basically nonexistant, You have the same group of parents atending the Parent Teacher Fellowship meetings (PTA), going on field trips, participating in fundraisers. We are the parents that care about our childrens education and the operation of the school.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
