I recently left the school for economics reasons, before I went to the public school sistem I evaluate my child to see his level, I was very surprised to see that after all this time in Grace Academy he has no idea of anything about Math, I felt that I waist my money and he didn't learn NOTHING!!!! Save the money and find a better school!!!!

This school has become very progressive and energetic with the change in management and we are very satisfied with the modernization of academic, art and sport programs for our children. Thanks for the new curriculum and the opportunity for our kids to excel with specifically individualized programs. Go Grace Academy.

Grace Academy is a very progressive school whose leadership helps our kids prepare to succeed in the world today and in the future. Individualized academic attention is impressive and the administration communicates with the students and parents regularly. The door is always open and the administration is always willing to listen. We love this school.

I am currently a student at Grace Academy, and have been one since the first grade. There have been changes, and changes are hard, especially in a school/business that had been successfully running for 30 years. No school is perfect, but this one was good for me. My knowledge has grown over the years, and it is all thanks to Grace's teachers. I am so thankful that I am able to attend a school where the teachers are focused on developing the students intellect. My experience at Grace has been spectacular. Work was tough sometimes, but in the end, it truly paid off. Our new principal is very encouraging and has plans that will carry the school farther than ever before. There have been some teacher changes, and all I can say is my current teacher is very, very good. This is my last year, and I know that I am prepared to go to wherever life may bring me. This past year I have taken an online math course, and will be taking one again this year. The course was difficult, but I definitely learned a lot and got the best education I can get from it. I know that even though it's hard, it's definitely worth it!

my daughter has been going to Grace Academy since kindergarden. It is STILL a great school. Yes, we have had some changes. Some good. Some not so good. However, all schools have good and not so good. My family is going back next year. We love the school and my daughter has great friends there too. We look forward to another great year and hope too see some of the fun and exciting changes!

I apologize for the stream of consciousness style of my rating. Save your money and send your child somewhere else, you and your child will be much better off. The teachers for the most part are good, but I was surprised to find out that many aren't certified. There is a new principal who has taken over the school who talks a lot of talk, but at the end of the day, not a lot is getting done. With his my way or the high way attitude there was a high staff turn over rate this past school year of great teachers who had worked at Grace for years. The building is old and smells like mildew, the classrooms are cramped and the playground is not adequate. The Spanish classes were cut out completely. No music classes and limited space for the kids to play or have PE class. Teacher directed instruction has diminished in favor of virtual courses in the upper grades. Rules are randomly enforced. Many families who have been at Grace Academy for years are leaving in favor of other private or public schools. Don't drink the kool aid, stay away from this place.

I have had my daughter here for 5 years and I LOVE all that she has become because of this school.. I would not change a thing about the education and the most AMAZING teachers. Ms. Maria Polo was one of my favorits! If you want the best education this is it!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
