We were so thrilled with this school. My grson has autism and he was treated so well.He achieved awesome things through this school and it's staff. The ESE Dept. is one of the best for bringing out the potential in special needs children. We miss the faculty/staff..Wish he could have stayed here longer.TY,Ms. Smith....

Classroom activities are seperated into 'circuit' training (5 to 6 activities going on at one time), with only one teacher present. This is ok for older students but leads to attention issues with the younger ones, especially since the classrooms are at max capacity (student teacher ratio as designated by the State). Current quality of education delivered at the school has lead us to lose all confidence in Dixion's ability to assist us in the education of our child.

We moved from TN to Pace FL because of the school. I have never met a teacher I didn't like or didn't think she was a good teacher for my daughter.

I was very impressed by the attention that my ESE student was given. He has had difficulty in the past but Mrs. Wade took particular interest in his personal life and education.

I find that children are not placed in classrooms accordingly. More attention to detail in assisting students achieve a better understanding with additional classrooms is needed instead of having them fall behind of classmates!

My children attended this school and had very positive educational experiences. The teachers excel in teaching reading, math, and incorporating other curriculum areas into the day.

This school is great academically. They tend to push children to perform at a high level than other schools in the county. My only complaint is the lack of communication between school and parent. My child is very happy and performing well. Out of all the schools in this county this would be overall the best.

The administration of Dixon Intermediate is superb. With the high number of children attending, I was very impressed by the level of planning and organization that seemed to go into every event this past year. But, like every other school, some teachers are clearly better than others.
