Love, love the teachers and staff. Excellent school for learning. Would like to see better security measures in place. Not impressed with PTO.

I have been involved with Lake St. George for 10 years....I have 4 children...I believe LSG is one of the best schools in Pinellas County Florida!! You feel like you are at home....everyone knows everyone ....the kids WANT to go to school. The school involves the parents and families as much as possible. I feel comfortable with dropping my children off because I know that they are going to have a great day!!

I love this school because they do so much for the kids, examples: a fall festival Halloween Carnival every year. The teachers donate their time every year to make everyone's Halloween very special by putting on a Fall Festival with games , fun and entertainment. Every child is a winner with the games and gets a prize no matter if they won the game or not. They put on a family picnic every year as well , again donating their time to play games , have athletic events , such as kids vs parents kickball etc. I have spoken to many parents from other schools who envy our school because they put on so many nice events for the kids and community. They state that their schools do not do all these events and I have talked to many parents in the area who want their children to attend Lake St George Elementary School because of all the wonderful things they do each year for the students and the community as a whole.

The faculty and staff at Lake St. George are absolutely wonderful. They show genuine care and concern for the children. They are constantly exploring new and exciting ways to teach. Teachers and parents work together to ensure that the children have meaningful time spent at LSG. It must work. We are an 'A' school meeting AYP. What a pleasure to volunteer there to do my part as a grandparent....remember, it takes the whole village!!

Great learning environment; make volunteers feels welcome and needed. I have 2 grandchildren there and they love it! I have volunteered as a photographer, reader, and other activities. Great school, great staff, great students! Go LSG Wildcats!
