Quality of students keeps declining since they are allowed to use foul language. School staff dont care about it. By far the worst school ever! Principal is in a cave all day and never comes out. Students are left to the mercy of the bullys, and there are lots of bullys. Overgrown kids that failed the grades a few times and they run the school like a jail. Do not try to get your kids in this school.
This school was terrific last year and the faculty worked well together. This year with a new admin in place there seems to be absolutely no discipline in place...my son is scared to go to school because of the lack of consequences for some of the students.
this school is trying to improve every year and I admire how the teachers and parents try to work together to make it happened
The school has done an incredible job with the students and parents they have to work with. They improved their school grade because of a strong administration. Their P.E. teacher is the best.
The staff and teachers are doing an awesome job!!!!
School have made big improvement with the new principal Mr. Pido, Teachers are nice and comunicate with parents, office staff nice and helful, last year was a D this year went up to a C ! way go go, we expect and A next year...
The brand new facilities and the new principal are exceptional. The principal and vice principal really cares about all the students. They really worked hard this year to improve the school from last year and they deserve the credit.
I have really please with the school and the principal and teachers are always profesional and giving the attention that our children need.
This School need help!!! Mr. Ibarra the principal of this school have poor management skills. He avoid face to face meeting with parents and when he finally meet with parents he don't take responsibility for anything and blame everything on the teachers and staff. My son go to school there and I have no complaint with the teachers they are great. The Polk County need to put Mr. Ibarra on a Action Plan and demand an improvement from him. If this doesn't happen they need to replace him.
I was just amazed at how terrible this school actually was! Total lack of support from the county to correct a dire crisis! The principal (Mr. Ibarra) is wonderful BUT he is only one person. The rest of the staff from county level down was just shameful. My child was terrified of his school and teachers. We moved only because of this terrible school. The whole county of Polk has no idea how to run a school! DO NOT send your child to this school!
