Hopefully with a new principle coming in this fall...the school will get back on track. Also with the 350+ students moving to the new school, this should help also!!! Some of the teacher at this school need to be gone....they are there for the paycheck only and not the children...very sad....Hopefully Marie Bishop the new incoming principle will clean up the teachers and get rid of the bad ones....good luck Marie Bishop please bring CTES back to a A school!
my child has a great education and loves project child as a 5th grader
I have two children that attend Cypress Trails, and not including the new Palm Beach County School District's recent academic program, I rate this school a 5! The teachers my sons' have are amazing!
I cannot say enough good things about this school! My daughter is entering 5th grade, and has attended since starting kindergarten. Every single one of her teachers were amazing and so caring! My daughter has arthritis in her knees, and her elbow sometimes making it difficult and painful for her to walk and bend her arm to write during flairups. The principle had me come in for a meeting with her and my daughter teachers, and they all came up with ways to make my daughter, Sarah, more comfortable and made every accommodation possible for her. They brought a wheelchair into her classroom for days she couldnt walk, created a 504plan to give her a little extra time to finish writing projects and school work if her elbow hurt, seated her bythe door so she wouldn't have as far a walk when it was time to line up. AMAZING!
My first year at this school didn't go as well as this year. But I have to say I like the school, there organized and my sons teachers are great, they communicate well with me. And waste no time calling me if there is a concern. Ms. Waldon and Ms. Robinson are great teachers and both have impressed my husband and I.
I currently have a third grader in the school and coming from Private I was unsure. Thank God for Mrs. Fulford and her initial involvement in making this an easy transition for my son. He is very happy and has a great teacher.
I have a third grader, our second year at Cypress Trails Elem., and I find that he is getting a good education. The teachers and administration are always available to discuss any concerns. Everyone tries to do the best for the children and our FCAT scores show how we are improving every year. My only complaint is that many parents do not choose to volunteer, despite having an active and well run PTO. We always have the same parents volunteering and I wish that more parents would get involved with the school.
Cypress Trails is a wonderful school. We have 3 children who attend there and are pleased with them all. The staff is very caring, Ms. Liberty (front office) truly loves the kids and it shows, and the upkeep in general is good. Keep up the good work!
Cypress Trails is a wonderful school with a great staff. The principal, Mrs. Fulford, is a special woman that gets to know all her students personally and loves them. I have a 2nd and 4th grader at Cypress Trails. They are in project child and enjoy changing classes. This is a great school.
A great school. My son loves all the teachers. He is in Kindergarten and has slow speech and developement skills and his teacher Mrs Burris is wonderful with him. She has exceeded my expectations of public teaching. Thank you.
