It took a while for my son to like the daycare. He would cry about going and yell "No School" but I am sure it is because of a certain teacher he had. Once he had different teacher, he seems to love it.
The teachers are nice for the toddlers for the most part. I can't say the same for the staff in the front desk. They are nice at first, but soon you become a nuisance and you may say hello and seldom get a reply back or be greeted. You can easily tell they play favorites with parents and whom they want to be nice and courteous to. I can't help but feel they are annoyed by both my spouse and I. There is only ONE front desk staff I would say has been pleasant. I am seriously considering changing daycares because of how we feel we are a bothersome.
Great school for my children and our family! We had a tour with Kylie and she made us feel so welcome and was very professional even while handling a situation going on in the classroom while we were touring. The teachers mostly have long tenure we found as we talked with some of the toddler teachers and they really care about the children in their rooms. The ladies are always at the desk and willing to help us with anything we need morning or evening! The director interacts with the families and children and although we haven't really stopped to chat I have noticed her having an open door policy. Although she is not their teacher my children adore Ms. Kylie and make sure to smile and talk to her when we see her at the front; she seems to know every child's name! We are thrilled she was so wonderful to us on our tour and have loved every minute of having our children at this center!
I do not think this school deserves 5 stars at all. It's not terrible but in no way 5 star worthy. My son liked one of about 5 teachers/caregivers. The front desk staff seems friendly at first, but you will soon here what a "nuisance" you are your children are muttered under their breaths once walking down the hallway. My son also learned a lot of four letter words and inappropriate phrases we don't use at home.
