Great, nurturing, positive, Christ centered learning environment! My family has done the public school thing. My children were not challenged. Here they are challenged not only in academics, but to be better people, of high moral value. We teach that at home and are fortunate enough to be in a school where our morals are mirrored.

My two children graduated from this school, attending from K-8. I believe they had an exceptional education. In high school they were far ahead of their classmates in most areas, especially Math, Science, and research. Above that, their Catholic education helped them maintain their high moral standards. Principals have changed twice over the past few years which has put the school in transitition, some of it rocky. A sincere bond with the whole school is needed. The long-term dedicated teachers are what make the school a success. They deserve praise for working with little funding but with great heart for their students and families.

Our oldest son has been at Cathdral Parish School for 3 years, and our middle child will be in kindergarten there next year. We could not have wished for a better school experience. Students are encouraged by first-class, caring educators to strive for excellence in both academics as well as in their personal character. The school welcomes parents' involvement with frequent and open communication between parents and teachers as well as a wide array of volunteer opportunities. We love our CPS family!

CPS keeps you well informed what is going on with their academics. The teachers sure knows how keep the kids stimulated and the staff is outstanding. But most important part is my son is happy going to this school.

I went to CPS as a child and both of my daughters attended CPS! I have worked at CPS for many years. It is a great school. Come by and take a tour of our school and see for yourself. The staff and students at the school are like a second family for me.

CPS is an excellent school as well as very organized. We have had a great experience, We are going on our third year. It is a phenominal school yet as well as I would not recommend any other school In St. Augustine ever. CPS has a very high standard staff as well as an excellent Office Manager, as well as a great principle. Marianne is phenominal as well as all of the other main office staff! We all consider them a family! The teacher's are more then over qualified! All of them. I would highly refer this school to everyone. The after school program is above all stars! No one ever has to worry about there children being safe especially for after school hours. We would give this school 5 stars and way above! There would be no other way!

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
