My daughter started when the school opened. She was on the honor roll since the first day till we moved... we are heartbroken and although we moved... we are planning to move back because of this school. The only problem was they didnt take priority when it came to bully claims.

We Loved this school! My children went to this school for the first 3 years. 2 in elementary ,1 went through the middle school..We are very heart sick that we were rezoned...This was the BEST school my children have attended in Osceola county..Wonderful teachers, staff very friendly and helpful..The Principal was outstanding...This school went above and beyond my expectations for being a new school..My only negative about it is I wish school could start at 8:45am like some of the other schools... We are going to miss this school

The principal is definetely a leader who's passion is to prepare our children to become the best responsible students and citizens which is awesome for the growth of the children, but, there is a teacher in third grade who is not a kid friendly, which concern me very much for the sake of other students. I really belief this teacher belong to another field that has nothing to do with kids. This "teacher" do not even have people skills. To be a teacher at least you have to like kids if nothing else at least that qualification is required. The impresion I get is that she do one thing in front of the principal and do something else when she is along with the kids. My kid was so afraid of her.

This is a new school, as stated, with teachers hand picked by the principal, who is also a great leader and parent friendly. All the teachers I have met, those of my student, and those I have interacted with at the school, always have a smile, take time for all students, not just their own, in the hallways, and speak to parents, not just their own. The students here also speak to you, whether they know you are not, in a friendly and courteous manner. You can stop and ask any student what they are learning, and they can tell you! The school places leadership at the top of the game with academics, community and parent involvement, and truly believes in working together with the parents and community to value everyone, everyday.

Harmony Community School is a new K-8 school. It is well staffed, and the class sizes are small compared to other public schools in the area. Higher grades (6-8) do have limited enrollment. There is excellent interaction between students, teachers, and parents who wish to get involved. This past year- students scored above the state average in all grades on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) which compares scholastic aptitude throughout the District, and State. In its 'breakout' year, Harmony Community School scored consistently well. Placing in the top three District wide in almost all grades tested and placing First in Reading and Math in several grades at the Middle School Level, as well as Science. It is an excellent school with computerized interactive white boards (what one would expect in Universities) It has more the feel of a private school than a public one.

Harmony Community School is the Best school ever. It has the very best principal & asst. principal, the very best teachers & staff 'that was personally chosen by the principal'. HRCS has a Great learning & family atmosphere. I have volunteered all through out this past school year & everyday I have felt welcomed there as much as the people that do work there. Everyone always have a smile on their face. I have watched many teachers teach their classes & they have very wonderful teaching skills. From the front office door, your child is in a totally safe environment 'No I.D. No Entery'. My children love this school & everything about it!!
