This is the fourth year that my two children have been attending FOC. This school has exceeded my expectations in every way! We find the teachers to be warm, motivated, innovative and highly qualified. The principal is easily accessible as any question or concern is immediately addressed and handled. She has high expectations of each and every child. Love that! Also, the Christian values learned and reinforced at school have been a blessing to our entire family.

I have to children in the school one in elementary and one in middle school. The school is good and has capable to teache in a elementary level in another had the schhol staff needs more training and a counselor for middle school. Older students feel that thir needs are not met in this small school. The guidence 5that they received and the activities are focus on elementary age studes. Only few teachers have profesional experience with molder kids.

Wonderful School! My Son attended FOC and now we have unfortunatly moved to a different state, we are missing the amazing, nurturing, challenging, rich environment of FOC. The experience set the bar high for future views on schools, and I am so grateful to now know how truly well rounded the academic experience can and should be! We would not pick any other school in Tampa!

Really great warm nurturing environment. The kids are treated like family and the teachers really know their stuff. The teachers are excellent in their fields and the school offers many extras such as languages, music, art, drama and huge sports programs. It has been perfect for our two boys for 6 years now. We wish we werent outgrowing it as it only goes thru 8th.

Small and personal atmosphere. Good kindergarten through 2nd grade teachers--thorough education in 3 Rs--warmth and fair discipline/structure. School pushes fundraising which can be a nuisance. Letter grades given and honor role administered in first grade which is problematic in setting up competitive issues at too young an age. Like many other schools today, kids need a little more creative playtime.

Family of Christ was the exact fit we were looking for. Our two children are receiving a quality education in a small class size and Christian environment. The school offers music, drama, Spanish, computers, art and PE as Specials. Latin is also offered from 3rd grade through 7th grade. The sports program offers students the opportunity to participate in soccer, volleyball and basketball with other private schools. The new wing of the School and Church is breath taking. After school programs such as art clubs, karate, cheerleading and chess club are available. We are happy to see our children are being challenge in all areas!

Wonderful school, great faculty, low ratios, a true 'family' caring environment, low homework.
