My children just finished the year at St. Peter Claver. One in Pre-K and one in 1st grade. They have learned a lot and been pushed by the school's curriculum. The teachers are caring and supportive.

THIS SCHOOL WAS THE WOST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. MY CHILDREN ARE NOT CHALLENGED. THE STAFF IS NOT ORGANIZED, THE TEACHERS ARE NO WHERE READY TO DEAL WITH THESE CHILDREN. THIS SCHOOL MAKE ME WANT TO SEND MY CHILDREN TO PUBLIC SCHOOL.

St Peter students are bright, academically and spiritually. So is the staff. The staff takes the holist approach --accepting the whole person and strengthening all their individual skills. As a former school principal I appreciated observing them in action. It was a treat for me.

St. Peter Claver is an incredible school which has been providing a quality education to children in the Tampa Bay area for well over 100 years. It is a cornerstone of the Tampa community and has not only stressed educational excellence, but development of the whole child, spiritually, morally, culturally, and intellectually. St. Peter Claver is a jewel of a school and, over the years, has produced leaders who have gone on to positively impact not only the Tampa community, but the state and nation as well. I love St. Peter Claver!

The foundation I work for helps support the St. Peter Claver Catholic School. It is an amazing school with amazing programs for the students there. I know that winning this prize would be extremely beneficial to the school.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
