Parent involvement details Our PTSO is very active and we value parental input into every facet of our school. Our media center and athletic program consists of parent volunteers. We also have parents come in and help during lunch time, they are called superheroes. We have parent tutors that come in and read and help students with math. Our annual events are always a great time for parents to engage in their child's education: American Dream, Fun Run, Polar Express, Great American Teach In, Operation Victory, and more.
Approach to addressing and preventing bullying Our school has a week long anti bullying awareness program that is student led. We also believe in building character traits such as kindness, loyalty through our Cloud9World program. Lastly, we are a Leader in Me school that believes there is a leader in each child and it is our goal to help them find their passion and their voice.
