This school is great! The teachers actually care and are nice! The students have great attitudes about learning, and if you want to learn, this school is the one for you. The school has pep rallies, school events, and there is a bunch of companys sponsoring it. SGMS is for you!

Trust me when i say that this school is junk. I was a student there in 2010. First, about the students. The personality of the students: 1 Star. The school setup: 4 Stars. The teachers: 3 Stars. Some of the teachers are nice. The librarians: 0 STARS. The final score ends up at one star for a reason. It's a horrible school. ;*}

This is a GREAT school! The teachers are really nice except for some but every school has them. The kids are also great. Even though it has its troublemakers every school has them too. Its not the schools fault. The learning environment is very inspiring. I really enjoy being a student here. This is an A school and my grade got the highest FCAT scores in the county(: Our basketball team ranks 17 in the country out of thousands of schools. We have many sports and afterschool activities. NJHS is a great thing to put on your college reseme. We have basketball, Soccer, lacrosse track, and so many other things. This is a great school for any type of person. I am a straight A student and for me this is the best school i have ever been to. It is very clean, and green,. The classes are easy to find because of the way they are set up. If you enjoy music there is chorus band orchestra and a regualar music class. If you like to act n front of people there is also a wonderful drama teacher. We have art and a wonderful teacher. If you would like to learn how to type there is a class for that too. It is a safe environment too. I love this school and hope you do too! GO STINGRAYS!!!!(:

I would have to say that I agree that the principal of this school is very unprofessional. I also had similar issues and could never get him to return phone calls. He seems to avoid problems that need to be addressed. I would have to say that I have not been very impressed with the leadership at this school. I will say that there are some great teachers that I have enjoyed working with though. Overall I would say this school could benefit from a more professional leader.

We are new to Storm Grove and we LOVE this school. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to assist in every way. I always get a return on my phone calls. The teachers are amazing. My daughter is dyslexic and adhd, the teachers have sent home glowing reports in regard with her perfomance as well as excellent behavior. She is making straight A's. The band/orchestra is teacher is wonderful, the facilities are a dream. I recently went to the fall concert at Storm Grove and it was flawless. I could not be happier, yes, there are those sudents who cause problems, but you will find that in everyschool. The opprotunities to get involved with Art, Music, sports etc...are all available to any child interested. The school has an A rating.

Had a very unprofessional confrontation from a teacher. The principal refused to return phone calls when contacted. When the teacher's behavior escalated and a meeting was demanded by the parent the principal refused to listen to the parent's and student's concerns. Very unprofessional atmosphere.
