Brevard Public Schools

Know your school choice options in Brevard County Public Schools.

In the Brevard Public Schools district (BPS), your child can attend a magnet school, Millennium Elementary Choice School, Junior/Senior High Choice School, International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge Program, Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program, or a charter school. The Choice Program schools offer a creative approach and a curriculum unique to each school. Applications are due in mid-February. Where there are more applicants than enrollment slots at a school, enrollment will be determined by lottery. Students with special needs may be eligible to receive a McKay Scholarship to attend a private school.

Under the federal No Child Left Behind law, students attending a Title I school designated as "in need of improvement" have the right to attend a higher-performing school in the district.
