I absolutely love this school...it truly is the best elementry school in the Palm Beaches..I remembered the first day my boys went to this school..the principal greeted me..I have never been greeted by a principal before...being a mother of 5 kids I only knew who he or she was...I love the way the faculty treats you like a person not a number...you have the opportunity to speak with your kids teach after school if the need arises...the teachers really work with the students to ensure success and I must say they seem to enjoy doing it..I was shocked when only being at this school a week..my son knew who the principal was when I pulled him up on the internet...he did not know the principal of the other school eventhough he was there over a year...after school its good to see how well the faculty come together to dismiss the children...another thing I love was when the National Anthem is played...this school ranks very high because of the love and respect showed to parents and students...it just be a model for others to follow!!

Wynnbrook is a great school. The staff are very caring. Mr. Pegg continues to do a wonderful job. Mrs. Berry is the glue that holds it all together. Mr. Berry is a vital part of the team also. I have two girls that have attended for three years. The staff has always been willing to help us in any way possible. The only thing that could be improved is the amount of community involvement. In a working class neighborhood its understandably hard to get people together but im hoping this year more parents will come together for the children.

This school is fabulous. They really care about your child. I have never been at a school where the principal actually knows every child by name. The aftercare program is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints about this school. Any problem you or your child encounter, the will staff stop and listen and take care of that problem. Mr. Pegg is the principal, but he is also a father to your child. He shows genuine love for all of his students, were else will you find a school that feels like family? I'm a single mom, and my kids are at that scchool from 7:30am -5:45pm, and I have absolutely no worries, I know my girls are in the safest most caring hands. This school teaches guidance, discipline, and most of all they teach love and respect for one another.

This school excels in leadership, team effort and meeting the needs of all it's children. Safety for its students and an open door policy toward parents is second to none. This is a great school!

About the tests

Florida uses School Grades to measure the overall performance of a school each year on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT). Each school is assigned a letter grade (A-F) based on three criteria: the overall performance on the FCAT, the percentage of eligible students who took the test, and whether or not students made progress in reading and math. The School Grades are calculated by adding points earned from each of the performance criteria listed above.
