Being outside or inside school,students may face bullying either by their class mates or teaching and adminestering staff;however no one has the right or the excuse to do so;internal statute implementationand parents basis education ar top priority

Yes, things that cannot be accomplished with moral education need to be enforced at some point.Students who bully others should be suspended from school. That would make the parents more responsible in addressing their child's attitude.

If parents & Staff cannot control the situation, then yes. I belive Bully's should be kicked out of School! Everyone can make a mistake but 3 strikes and your OUT! Bad parents or Bad Kid I don't care! They don't belong around good kids.

I was bullied all my grade school year from first to sixth and let me tell you it sucked and now my 10 year old nephew is going through the same thing

Yes, but only if it gets so out of hand that the victim can't cope with it and can't get the school staff and parents to take action first.

Well sometimes. I my child killed his or her self yes. But if the principal etc. can handle it no.

i really dont know,only if the bully makes that kid commit sucide or would want to commit suicide.

As someone who used to be bullied, I'm on the fence about it. To an extent, it's a good idea--but it might make the child a target for others if word about the restraining order gets out.
