No.It should never get to this level. they should be suspended or expelled if they continue to be a Bully. Zero tolerance is the only way we can stop this!!

Rules re habitually negative behavior need to be enforced and parents need info when its happening to or by their kids in order to avoid ROs.If the bullying is morphing into outside intimidation and harassment escalating, then maybe as last resort

Being outside or inside school, students may face bullying either by their class mates or teaching and adminestering staff;however no one has the right or the excuse to do so;internal statute implementationand parents basis education ar top priority

Yes, things that cannot be accomplished with moral education need to be enforced at some point.Students who bully others should be suspended from school. That would make the parents more responsible in addressing their child's attitude.

If parents & Staff cannot control the situation, then yes. I belive Bully's should be kicked out of School! Everyone can make a mistake but 3 strikes and your OUT! Bad parents or Bad Kid I don't care! They don't belong around good kids.

Yes, but only if it gets so out of hand that the victim can't cope with it and can't get the school staff and parents to take action first.
