Forget the 1 out of 10 rating for Grove Park Elementary School on this site. As the Executive Director of the Mike Peterson (Atlanta Falcons Linebacker) Foundation, I can tell you first hand the students, staff and faculty at this school are a 10 out of 10. With the partnership we have created in the Top Dog Readers Club, we have witnessed the drive, determination and passion in these kids. Don't sell them short. With principal Caitlin Sims at the helm, and the staff and parents truly committed to the growth of these amazing children, Grove Park is ON THE MAP. There isn't a better place for your kids than in the hands of those at Grove Park. The Mike Peterson Foundation LOVES Grove Park!

Gorve Park is a school that kids will enjoy and remember forever.

I feel that Grove Park is embarking on a journey that is destined to success. The teachers are wonderful and they work very hard with the children. The curriculum includes art, and music to help the children become more creative with their learning. The parent involvement is encouraged and requested. They make the parents/grandparents/aunts and others that are interested in these kids learning feel very welcomed anytime and all the time. I would like to see more parent involvment. Every school can use it and it does help the kids. I love Grove Park. I think that it is a great school and they are working on improving some of the scores
