I'm wondering how accurate your rating scale is. I live in the neighborhood, which is quickly transitioning upward, and find it difficult to believe that the small neighborhood school would score so poorly. It has excellent student-teacher ratio and has met AYP. While the school may not yet rank much above a 3 out of 5, it is certainly well on its way and deserves more than a pitiful "1."
