I am a parent of two student's that currently attend Jones-Wheat Elementary. I am so proud of the excellent primary education that they are receiving. I feel honored to know that my children's elementary school is the best in Decatur County. The teaching staff ,couseler's, nurses, vice principal, and principal are very helpful in encouraging a fun and healthy with your children and the school. I appreciate all the hard work that they put into making education fun and interesting for me and my children

I have one child who has attended this school for 4 years and another child who has attended for 3 years. We recently moved into a house located outside of the Jones Wheat school district, but will continue to send our children there because of the excellent leadership, great teachers, high level of discipline and strong academic programs.

My daughter attended for 2 years and learned so much. Her teachers were always there to help and listen to her as well as me. We had to move and she went to a school that taught her what she already knew from here. I wish more schools had such caring staff.
